can i combine ideas from existing designs?
absolutely! I can take aspects from previous designs and create something that is unique for you. if you had a preferred font or element on a design then yes that would be fine.
how does it work?
After you have got in touch we can discuss your ideas further through email, phone or face to face, depending on your preferences. I will then give you a quote before requiring a 50% deposit. i can then begin on working on your design. I will send you a digital proof, which can have up to two free proofs with alterations made. Any further changes made will incur a cost of £10 per alteration. once approved I will send the final invoice before getting your stationery printed and finished. You will then receive a message from me to arrange the delivery.
how long does it take for my order to be created and delivered?
customisable designs can take up to 4-6 weeks and Bespoke designs can take longer due to the processes involved. depending on the illustration, printing and hand finishing details, The average timescale from start to finish is between 1-2 months. If there are any concerns, just contact me and we can go over the details. however, when ordering wedding invitations, it is best to do so with plenty of time, i would RECOMMEND ordering 8 months prior to the big day!
WHAT CARD dO YOU PRINT ON?
There are two standard card stocks that I use:
350gsm silk - 100% recycled
350gsm matte white - 100% recycled
however, if you would like handmade paper, please enquire for further details
Can I keep my Table Plan?
You can keep your table plan if it is printed onto board or if you have provided the materials for me to write on. if you have ordered a table plan on chalkboard or mirror, then it is to be returned to me.
what are your delivery terms?
i send all products via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receiving.
delivery charges are as follows:
orders under £20.00 - £1.99
Orders between £20.00 - £75.00 -£4.99
orders with a value over £75.00 - Free
What is your refund and return policy?
Once you have given your seal of approval on a final draft of invites, you have accepted responsibility for checking all written information. If errors are found after your approval has been sent, an additional charge will be needed for a re print.
All bespoke designs are unique to you, so orders cannot be accepted for return.
If your order has been cancelled, any payments that have been made are non-refundable.
